Virtual event to explore automation technology and software trends, sustainability, digital transformation and more, with dedicated Japanese- and Korean-language channels.
SINGAPORE (October 20, 2021) – For the first time, Emerson Exchange Asia-Pacific Virtual Edition 2021 will bring together customers, experts and industry leaders from across the region and the world for a three-day, multi-media virtual seminar from October 26 to 28. Over 150 sessions will cover topics relevant to the energy, life sciences, chemical, power, and discrete manufacturing industries, with dedicated channels for English-, Japanese- and Korean-language content. Registration is free and open to all current and prospective Emerson customers.
With the theme “Discover – Transform – Digitalize,” Emerson Exchange will feature speakers including Emerson executives and customers who will discuss trends and topics including advanced analytics, cybersecurity, digital twin, predictive maintenance, plant personnel safety, production efficiency, wireless technology, digital transformation, energy management and sustainability.
Emerson Asia-Pacific President Susan Hughes will kick off the conference, hosting three keynote sessions:
• Keynote 1 Digital Transformation: Chief Technology Officer Peter Zornio and Digital Transformation Group President Stuart Harris will discuss industry progress and new customer priorities for digital transformation.
• Keynote 2: Sustainability & Decarbonization: Emerson Chief Sustainability Officer Mike Train and Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research Chief Innovation Officer Peter Nagler will discuss how long-term goals like NetZero 2050 can be acted upon today and how industry can contribute to a more sustainable future.
• Keynote 3: Emerson Leadership in Asia: Emerson business leaders from around Asia Pacific will join Hughes to discuss regional trends and business improvement opportunities, including: Anil Bhatia, vice president, Automation Solutions, India; Boris Gabin, vice president, Automation Solutions, Australia and New Zealand; and William Tan, general manager, Automation Solutions, Singapore.
The event’s three-day agenda will be organized into 6 dedicated channels of content per day presented in a variety of formats, including user case studies, industry panels, roadmaps and product demos. To accommodate a broader audience, two additional dedicated Japanese- and Korean-language channels will feature presentations and webinars filled with best practices and insights from subject matter experts, product engineers, and Emerson users from across Asia Pacific.
