Starting in 2022, IEL launched the 6 months Career Acceleration Program for fresh engineering graduates. This rigorous program not only provides instrumentation training, but helps the participants explore their true potential and expand their worldview.

We attract talents from top engineering universities across the country, who are then taken onboard after a rigorous recruitment drive.
